Big Spoon Lacquers
Hey my fellow nail crazies!
So I haven't really posted much on Instagram the past few days as I fell down my fathers stairs top to bottom this past Friday night and dislocated my shoulder and bruised my hip, bum and lower back so it was kind of difficult to move for a bit. But I'm feeling much better now, still sore but okay enough to get back to swatching and blogging!
Anywho, tonight I bring you a few swatches of jellys from an indie brand I have followed for awhile but this will be the first time she has had me swatch for her so I was really excited! Meet Big Spoon Lacquers

First up, we have Going Against The Grass. This is a green holo polish with large and small green bars. I used 3 thin coats of this to make it opaque then sealed it with a glossy top coat. The formula was great and it went on smoothly as well, plenty of glitters with no fishing. Definitely reminded me of a grassy field. I'm not huge on bar glitters but for those of you who are this is the polish for you!

Next is Love's Adventure. A blue jelly with yellow, dark blue and green hexes, red and blue squares as well as some ultafine white glitters. I used 3 thin coats to achieve full opacity then sealed it with a glossy top coat. This is my favorite out of the 3! The consistency was great and there was no fishing needed what so ever. Such a pretty blue too!

Last is Dream Big. A dark blue polish with what looks like white, magenta and turquoise ultrafine glitters. I used 3 thin coats of this to reach full opacity then sealed it with a glossy top coat. Consistency was great and it went on nice and evenly. I loved the color combination between the polish and the glitters. Lots of sparkle, which I love!

Overall, I think all 3 polishes were wonderful. No fishing was needed which is a huge plus for me and the formulas were just as good! Follow Big Spoon Lacquers for release dates and info on these polishes as well as her other beauties!
