31 Day Challenge | Day 8 | Metallic

Nothing to Disclose
Hi loves! So now that I'm feeling a little better I decided to do a full detailed mani for todays 31 Day Challenge! I still didn't record and I dont think I will for the rest of the challenge, I just dont have the time nor motivation to edit each video lol. Anyways, today prompt is "Metallic". I had a seriously hard time coming up with a character for this one and I'm still not 100% sure if this even counts lol Well I went with Toaster from the Brave Little Toaster!
I started out with a clear coat as my base. I then freehand painted everything and sealed it all with a glossy top coat.

Polishes & Products Used:
Sally Hansen-Invisible
Glisten & Glow-Top Coat
Apple Barrel-Acrylic Paint
Whats Up Nails- #20 Dance Brush

Does Toaster count as Metallic? lol I am in love with this mani! Took me almost a 3 hours to do but I feel like it was worth it. My neck and back may think otherwise haha! Was anybody else a fan of This movie as a kid?

Thanks so much for stopping by! XO

  2. Oh my gosh. I loved this movie as a kid. I remember pulling it out later, like as a teen or something, and watching it again and wondering why I loved it so much. Lol but what's not to love about talking appliances? So kitschy. Now I'm going to have to try to find it to introduce my kids to the joys of personified household objects. Your nails look amazing. I love the depth and shading you managed to get on all the different characters.
