12 Days of Christmas Nail Art | Ugly Sweater

Press Sample
Womp, there it is...the ugly sweater mani. Inspired by that time of year when everyone pulls out the ugliest Christmas sweater they own! I hear there are parties for this sort of thing? lol I want to go to one! haha! I don't own one but I do own some ugly sweater pattern leggings that I'll be wearing for Christmas, that count!? hahaha! Anywho, Today's mani is for the "Ugly Sweater" prompt for 12 Days of Christmas Nail Art.

Okay, so is it weird that I actually love the look of Christmas sweaters? Maybe not to wear but they do make excellent patterns and inspirations for Christmas nails! lol

I used CDB Lacquer Be Jolly By Golly as my base. I then applied three different stamping patterns using the MoYou plate Festive-06 from What's Up Nails. Which I was sent to review, and guys I'm in love! Each pattern lifted and then applied pretty close to perfectly! swoon! You can get this plate for $9.75(looks sold out at the moment but they have plenty of other festive plates to chose from in the mean time, including ones that have the ugly sweater patterns)

Polishes and Products Used:
CDB Lacquer- Be Jolly By Golly
MDU- Red Stamping Polish
Whats Up Nails- MoYou Festive Plate 06
Wet'n'Wild- Matte Top Coat

Well that's it! I hope you guys like! Anybody else wear an "ugly" Christmas sweater on Christmas Eve/Day? Ever attend an ugly Christmas Sweater Party? If so I'm kinda jealous! bahaha! XO

  2. I love ugly sweater nails! The only actual "ugly sweater" I want is a Doctor Who themed one with Weeping Angels and Daleks. But I love any pattern on nails.

  4. This is fantastic. Ugly Christmas sweaters really aren't that ugly. Tacky maybe...a little...but not ugly. Christmas is too pretty to be ugly!

  11. There were lanolin oils found in unwashed fleece and this would make the sweaters waterproof. Albeit numerous sweaters are made with washed fleece, they are to some degree water safe and if wet, they give warmth to the wearer. Other than fleece, link weave sweaters are accessible in cotton and different materials too. long silk robe

  12. Plans of these coating frameworks change when the temperature prerequisite surpasses these temperatures. Coatings should be planned explicitly for the application and working temperature of the substrate to keep up with this expansive scope of temperature, number of coats required and quick ascent in temperature in light of what is being painted. mens silk pajamas
