TGIF! What plans do you have for the weekend? I'm looking forward to spending some time with some friends! Plan on having a few drinks? If so this collection is perfect! lol Meet The Happy Hour Collection by Liquid Kandi. This collection consist of 7 neon polishes and 1 glitter topper all inspired by drinks.

Citrus Dream

Citrus Dream is a neon yellow polish named after one of Kimmy's favorite drink. The Citrus Dream is a yellow drink made from Smirnoff citrus vodka and pineapple juice, and served over ice in a highball glass. I used two coats over a white undie and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Three coats alone without an undie was a bit patchy and streaky but with the white underneath the two coats leveled out well.

Sunrise

Sunrise is a bright orange polish. A Sunrise, is an orange colored drink recipe made from 901 Silver tequila, orange juice and grenadine, and served over ice in a highball glass garnished with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry. Again, like Citrus Dream, I used two coats over a white undie and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Three coats alone without an undie was a bit patchy and streaky but with the white underneath the two coats leveled out well.

Bahama Mama

Bahama Mama is a bright red orange polish. The Bahama Mama is a tropical red drink made from banana liqueur, coconut schnapps, rum, grenadine, orange juice and pineapple juice, and served over ice in a highball glass. I used two coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was good and applied well.

Appletini

Appletini is a bright green polish. Appletini is a green cocktail made from Pucker sour apple schnapps, vodka and sour mix, and served in a chilled cocktail glass. This is shown here with two coats over a white undie and sealed with a glossy top coat. This was also pretty patchy and streaky alone but leveled out nicely over a coat of white.

Strawberry Margarita

Strawberry Margarita is a bright pink polish. Strawberry Margarita is an exciting pink cocktail made from Rose's lime cordial, Rose's strawberry cordial, Rose's triple sec cordial, tequila and strawberries, and served in a chilled margarita glass. I used two coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. This was the most opaque polish of the collection.

Grapetart

Grapetart is a bright purple polish. Grapetart is a snarky little purple shot recipe made from Three Olives purple vodka and sour mix, and served in a shot glass. I used two coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat.

Blue Hawaiian

Blue Hawaiian is a bright blue polish. Blue Hawaiian is a classic tropical blue drink made from blue curacao, vodka, pineapple juice and sour mix, and served over ice in a highball glass. I used two coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat.

Happy Hour

Happy Hour is a clear glitter topper that consist of neon and holographic glitters in multiple sizes. I used one dabbing coat over an ombre of Sunrise and Grapetart, then sealed it with a glossy top coat. No fishing needed.

Overall, The colors are definitely fun and bright and perfect for summer although I do wish none of them needed a white undie. I think the glitter topper is my favorite of the group. These are available now for $10 each full size and $4.50 per mini. For more info please check out the links below!
