Cinema Swatch Lacquer: The Walking Dead Pt.29:00 AM
Hello Nail Crazies!
Today I have the second half of Cinema Swatch Lacquers "The Walking Dead" Collection. For those who don't remember you can see the first half here. I am a huge fan of the Walking Dead and going through some serious withdrawals waiting for it to come back! grrr! haha Luckily this little group of polishes will hold me over until then!
Smoke and Fire
Smoke and Fire is gray polish with ultrafine shimmer. I used 3 thin coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was thin on the first coat but built up nicely. Smoke and Fires inspiration is the character Carol.
Adversity's Child is a shimmery blue jelly with tiny blue glitters. I used 2 coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was good and applied easily. Adversity's Child is inspired by the character Maggie.
Carl Poppa is a glitterbomb that consist on blue, silver and copper glitters in numerous sizes and shapes. I used 3 thin coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was good and applied easily, just be sure to let coats dry completely to avoid glitter clumping. Because of all the beautiful glitter it does dry textured but 2 coats of top coat smoothed it out for me! Carl Poppa is inspired by the character Carl.
All 3 polishes had great formulas and applied well and they go together perfectly with the first 3 I reviewed a couple months back! Rachel has a knack for creating such fun and unique polishes and yet again I feel like she accomplished that with this trio. These polishes will be available Jan 20th so don't forget to mark those calenders and set those alarms!
