Good Evening my fellow nail crazies!
It has been a little over a week since I have posted a blog due to not feeling well, multiple broken nails, hosting an epic giveaway from my shop site as well as dealing with things outside of the nail community but I assure you all is well and I am glad to come back with some reviews of polishes made by the lovely Karen from Sincerely Polish. I have 2 polishes from her Neon Jellies Collection as well as 3 polishes from her Toxic Seduction Collection. Note* All swatches in this review are on my cinderella hand which is why there are no designs on my accents nails, Sadly my main hand is complete nubs, although I love the shape and length of these nails, now if only I cant get my main nails to look like this hehe
Lets start with the 2 from the Neon Jellies Collection.
First up is Electric Love Crush. A white jelly base filled with neon pink squares, hexes and hearts and neon blue hexes and squares. I used 3 thin coats of this to achieve full opacity and then sealed it with a glossy top coat. The consistency was good, very little dabbing needed and the colors popped right through the white.
Second in this collection is Digital Get Down. A white jelly filled with neon blue, yellow and green glitters in different shapes and sizes. Name sound familiar? Well it should because she totally named it after the NSYNC song! squeal! haha I used 3 thin coats of this to make it opaque and sealed it with a glossy topcoat. Again, consistency was good and the neon glitters were very visible through the white. This was my favorite from the 2 I swatched from this collection.
The second collection I swatched for Karen is called The Toxic Seduction Collection which will be released this Saturday March 1st! This collection is inspired by pop singer Brittany Spears.
First is Naughty School Girl. A grey crelly with pink and black multi sized hexes, black circles and pink bows(bows are an option, she is also selling this with no bows) . I used 3 thin coats of this to reach full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Good consistency and glitters came out great. Little fishing was needed for the bows.
Next is Dance Up On Me. This is a clear glitter bomb with multi colored and sized glitters. I used 2 coats of this with very little dabbing then sealed it with a glossy top coat. This is a great glitter topper and the glitters all went on evenly. I used this over a lavender undie.
Last up is Poison Paradise. A white crelly base filled with pastel glitters. I used 3 thin coats of this to achieve full opacity then sealed it with a glossy top coat. Consistency was good. This is perfect for all those who like nude based polishes. Very classy but fun at the same time.
Overall all polishes were great, per usual for Karens polishes. Her Neon Jellies Collection is for sale now and the Toxic Seduction Collection will be released March 1st so mark your calenders! Visit the links below to get your polishes!
