Colors By Llarowe
Happy Friday lovelies!!
This week has felt so long thanks to the blizzard we had and right as snow removal started coming to an end I wake up to it snowing again and there's even more in this weeks forecast. Apparently mother nature didn't think almost 5ft was enough! ugh! Spring seriously can't come soon enough for us New Englanders!
Anyways, I decided yesterday to play with some of my untried polishes to hopefully put me in a brighter mood and these beauties from Colors by llarowe did just that! I have heard nothing but good things about CBL polishes so I couldn't wait to get my hands on some. I decided on 4 beautiful holos. Sadly, no sun shots, again thank you mother nature for not cooperating!

Mercy
Mercy is a deep eggplant holo polish. I used two thin coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was great and applied very smoothly. This one had the highest intensity holo effect of the four and it's gorgeous!

Obsessed with Marilyn
Obsessed with Marilyn is deep blood red holo. I used two thin coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was good and applied very well. I loved how deep the red is and have a few upcoming Valentines manis in mind for this beauty. The intensity of the holo was really nice as well.

Unorthodox Annie
Unorthodox Annie is a deep magenta holo polish. I used two thin coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was great and applied smooth. Honestly, when I first received these polishes I thought I was accidentally sent two of the same polishes because 'Mercy' and 'Unorthodox Annie' looked almost identical in the bottles but as soon as I swatched them you could see a clear difference. Mercy has more of a cranberry undertone where as Unorthodox Annie had more of a purple undertone.

Young Turks
Young Turks is a bright turquoise holo polish. I used two thin coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was great and applied well. This was my favorite, color wise, of the bunch. It made me think of bright blue summer skies which is exactly the vibe I needed to feel better about this crappy winter weather haha

Overall Review
I am in love with all four of these beauties! The holos are all pretty intense, more so in person and the formulas and applications were great! Probably some of the best polishes I have ever tried and I now plan on making my CBL collection much larger!
Three out of four of these polishes can be purchased for $12 each in their shop, sadly there is no longer a listing for Unorthodox Annie. Check out the links below for more info!
Until Next Time!
