Described as a burgundy jelly base with red reflective glitter.

Shown here in 2 coats, plus top coat. Formula was good and applied well. If you have more of a free edge than I do then you may need 3 coats for full opacity. Dries with a good amount of texture so I sealed this with 1 coat of Glitter Grabber plus 1 coat of a fast dry top coat.
