HPB Present Neon Glitter

Nothing to Disclose
Hello lovelies! Today I have my second Neon mani for Hobby Polish Bloggers to share with you! This time I wanted to do something with glitter so I took out one of my favorite neon glitter polishes that I owned! Which is Beat the Heat by Polish'M

I have seen numerous manis where people do the glitter over black and then matte it and fall in love every time but every time I try it it never comes out quite as planned! But I didn't want to give up and decided to attempt it again. I think I'm actually happy with this one!

Polishes & Products Used:
KB Shimmer-Eclipse
Polish'M-Beat the Heat
Glisten and Glow-HK Girl Glossy Top Coat
Wet'n'Wild-Matte Top Coat
Simply Spoiled Beauty-Bow Charm

I wasn't originally going to add the bow but glad I did because I feel like it tied it all together and made it extra cute! lol

And here is the video tutorial! Hope you guys enjoy! and don't forget to subscribe to my You-Tube for more tutorials! XO

  1. You know, I don't think I've ever put a matte topcoat over a glitter topper before. Definitely need to change that soon though, because these are beautiful!
