Stamping Saturday-Week 1
Nothing to Disclose
Happy Saturday loves!
So first let me start out by explaining why I have been a bit MIA. A lot has been going on in my personal life, outside the nail world, that was making me too busy to do much of anything let alone nail stuff. But I'm not going to lie, I haven't really missed it. Sadly, swatching non stop has become pretty redundant and boring to me and I missed what got me into blogging to begin with which was my nail art, my true passion. I was spending so much of my time swatching that I barely ever got to do any nail art and if I did, it was rushed and squeezed into my nail schedule. Not fun!
This swatching rut has put me into a nail funk and I was having a hard time finding the motivation and passion to blog. Well, after a good amount of time I have decided that I am still going to do swatches but I'll only be posting them once maybe twice a week. Instead you will be seeing more nail art and tutorials! Those are the things I love blogging and sharing with everyone and I have fun doing it! Don't worry, I'm not stopping swatching all together I will just be doing it less with more art in between!
So if you mainly follow me for polish reviews, I'm so sorry if this news bums you out but I have to stay true to myself and this is not only what I want to do, but need to do. Otherwise I will lose interest and quit blogging all together, and I really don't want to do that! Well if you have read this far, thank you for your interest in my blog and I hope you will continue to follow me in my nail art adventures!!

Today I have my very first prompt for the group "Stamping Saturdays". Once I decided to start focusing more on my nail art/tutorials I posted in a fb group about wanting to join some nail art inlinkz groups and I was sent a link to this group! I was very excited to join since I love me some stamping! haha Anyways, here was what I came up with!
I went with a negative space and gradient mani. I love negative space manis but don't do them nearly enough(due to swatch staining lol) but hopefully that will change! And of course I did gradients because it's pretty much one of my favorite nail techniques, haha! I'm not 100% sure how I feel yet about my new nail shape. Maybe once I let them grow out I will enjoy them but right now I'm feeling kind mehhh about them! ah well!
