Digit-al Dozen | Whimsy| Day 2
Press Sample
Hey guys! Today I have my day 2 of Digit-al Dozen Whimsy to share with you. This time I decdied on some flowers and butterflies. I created this look using these Daisy Stickers from The Born Pretty Store.
Item # 23420 $1.85
The stickers were easy to apply but as you will see in my macro shot, once I applied my top coat the flowers looked like they wrinkled and cracked. From far away it isn't nearly as noticeable but it was enough to bother my OCD lol. I'm unsure if its just my top coat but I don't have any other top coat to test them with to know for sure.
I first started by applying a pastel green to pastel blue gradient. Free hand painted the grass and stems for the flowers. Applied the daisy stickers, then free hand painted the butterflies. Sealed everything with a glossy top coat.
Polishes and Products Used:
Pipedream Polish-Chillax
Bad Bitch Polish-A Summer Song
Born Pretty Store-Daisy Stickers
Apple Barrel- Acrylic Paint
Glisten and Glow-Top Coat
I hope you guys like my Day 2 Whimsy! I think everything pulled together nicely, I just wish the Daisy Stickers didn't wrinkle up on me :(

It's brilliant how you used these together with freehand painting. The end result looks amazing, and you can't see the wrinkling at all on the normal pics :)
ReplyDeleteAhhh so sad they wrinkled! But I can only see it in the macro, not in your other pics! The overall manicure is just lovely and happy and pretty!
ReplyDeleteThese are really, really cute! I don't mind the daisy wrinkling at all, because everything else distracts my eye from it. Be happy<3
